Eeasy Abs Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Eeasy Abs mobile applications for iOS and Apple Watch and for Android and Wear OS (together, "the app"), published by Harmon Web Innovations, Inc. ("we," "us"). It describes what information the app handles and the choices you have.

The short version

Eeasy Abs does not collect your personal information. We operate no servers, require no account, and receive no data about you. Everything the app creates — your routines, settings, workout history, and health measurements — lives only on your own devices and, if you choose, in your own device's health store (Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect on Android). Nothing is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Information the app stores on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device only:

• Your daily exercise routine and set preferences
• Your settings (sounds, preferences, enabled exercises, and any custom exercises you create)
• Your workout history (date, duration, exercises performed, sets completed, and — for workouts done with a paired watch — heart-rate measurements and estimated active calories)

None of this is transmitted off your device by us. We have no servers and no access to it.

Health and fitness data

With your explicit permission, the app works with your device's health platform. You can use the app fully without granting these permissions.

Apple Health (iOS / Apple Watch)

• With your permission, the app writes your completed workouts to Apple Health, including the workout session, heart rate measured during the workout, and estimated active calories.
• During a workout, the Apple Watch app reads your heart rate from the watch's sensor to display it live and include it in your workout record.
• This data is stored in your Apple Health store on your device, under Apple's health data protections. We never receive it.
• You can review or revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health, and manage or delete recorded data in the Apple Health app.

Health Connect (Android / Wear OS)

• With your permission, the app writes your completed workouts to Google's Health Connect: the exercise session (with per-exercise segments), heart rate measured during the workout, and estimated active calories. The app does not read data from Health Connect.
• During a workout, the Wear OS app reads your heart rate from the watch's sensor (body sensors permission) to display it live on the watch and on your paired phone, and to include it in your workout record.
• This data is stored in your Health Connect store on your device. We never receive it.
• You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health Connect app (Manage access), and manage or delete recorded data there. Revoking access never breaks the rest of the app.

Between your own devices

During a workout, your watch and phone exchange live workout state and heart rate directly between your own paired devices (via Apple's or Google's device-to-device channels) so both screens stay in sync. This never passes through our servers — we don't have any.

How information is used

Solely to provide the app's features on your device: running your workouts, showing your live heart rate, keeping your local workout history, and — only if you grant permission — recording workouts to your own health store. Nothing else.

What we never do with your data

• We do not sell or rent any user data — and never health data — to anyone.
• We do not share health and fitness data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
• We do not use health and fitness data for advertising of any kind, or for marketing, credit, insurance, or employment purposes.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data exists only on your devices, you control it completely:

• App data (routines, settings, workout history) is kept until you delete it: uninstall the app, or clear the app's storage in your device settings.
• Health data you chose to record to Apple Health or Health Connect belongs to your health store, not to us — view, manage, or delete it at any time in the Apple Health or Health Connect app. Deleting Eeasy Abs does not delete data you previously recorded there; it remains under your control in your health store.
• We hold no copies. There is nothing for us to delete on any server, and no "account" to close.

Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in protections: per-app sandboxing, device encryption, and the health platforms' permission systems (Apple Health and Health Connect each require your explicit, per-data-type consent). Because the app never transmits your data, there is no data of yours in transit or on servers to secure.

If you contact us

The app's feedback feature opens your own email app with a pre-addressed message — the app itself sends nothing. If you choose to email us, we receive what you send (your email address and your message) and use it only to respond and to improve the app. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your message with anyone.

Children's privacy

Eeasy Abs is not directed at children under 13 and, consistent with everything above, collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy at this same address with a new effective date before the change takes effect. Material changes (for example, if a future feature ever transmitted data off-device) would also be reflected in the app stores' data disclosures and requested permissions.
