1. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Easy Abs is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. The App is designed for educational and fitness entertainment purposes only. The exercises, routines, and information provided are not medical advice and should not be treated as such.

The content within Easy Abs is created for general fitness purposes and is not tailored to your individual health status, medical history, current medications, or specific conditions. Only a qualified healthcare professional can provide personalized medical advice.

2. Consult a Healthcare Professional

Before beginning any exercise program, consulting with your doctor is essential. This is especially important if you:

• Have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular conditions
• Are pregnant or postpartum
• Have joint, back, or other musculoskeletal issues
• Are recovering from an injury or surgery
• Have any other pre-existing medical conditions
• Are taking medications that may affect exercise
• Haven't exercised in a long time

You use Easy Abs at your own risk. You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, sprains, fractures, and in rare cases, more serious injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of Easy Abs and any exercises you perform.

You are responsible for:

• Taking appropriate rest days and listening to your body
• Exercising in a safe environment

4. No Liability for Injuries

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Abs and its developers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or performance of any exercises, routines, or activities recommended or featured in Easy Abs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Physical injuries sustained during or after exercising
• Aggravation of existing medical conditions
• Loss of income or time
• Medical expenses
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

5. "As Is" Provision

Easy Abs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The exercises will produce specific results
• The information is always accurate or up-to-date
• The App will meet your expectations

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. User Responsibilities

When using Easy Abs, you agree to:

• Use the App in a safe and responsible manner
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath
• Make decisions about your health based on consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
• Not rely solely on Easy Abs for medical, fitness, or nutritional decisions

In no event shall Easy Abs, its developers, or any affiliated parties be liable to you for any damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
